Terms & Conditions

Our regulations help to keep the School running smoothly. We would appreciate if you would take a moment to familiarise yourself with the points below…

• Enrolment and fee payment must be completed in full before the first class.
• Students must be accompanied to and collected from the Hall.
• Please ensure students have been to the toilet before class.
• Ballet shoes must have the elastic sewn on correctly.
• Long hair should be tied up.
• Jewellery and other items are a distraction to both student and teacher and are not permitted in any class.
• Correct conduct is important outside the Hall before and after class and should be observed by everyone.

Terms and conditions

- Fee will be returned if a class has to be cancelled

- The Clare Novaes School of Ballet and any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.

- The Clare Novaes School of Ballet reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.

- You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling Clare at clarenovaes@btinternet.com/ 07816916632.

- You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address or phone number.

- Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.

- You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.

- We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.

- If there are any sessions missed sure to typical bad weather, The Clare Novaes School of Ballet will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded.
